Shipping costs

UK:

I use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all deliveries. Signatures will be required on delivery of original works. 

£0 - £10 - £2.70 postage

£11 - £49 - £5.09 postage

£50 + - free postage

Delivery is estimated for between 2 and 4 business days.  Should there be any delays I will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. Orders may take longer in the run-up to Christmas.

Smaller items are sent flat and backed, prints are delivered via tube and framed originals are delivered boxed. 

Europe Zones 1, 2 and 3

£0 - £10 - £7.90 postage 

£11 - £49 - £10.95 postage

£50 + - £15.00 postage

Deliveries of £10 and under will be sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked service, items of £11 and over are sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked and Signed service, so will require a signature on delivery.   Royal Mail's estimates for receiving an item using the above services is between 3 and 17 days. Should there be any delays I will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible. Orders may take longer in the run-up to Christmas.

Please note deliveries to EU destinations are likely to incur import duties and handling fees.

Returns Policy:

Under English law, items purchased from the Online Shop may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Provided such items are received by British Wildlife Art in a resaleable condition, a refund including original shipping cost will be issued. The cost of returning the item will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty.

If an incorrect item is sent by British Wildlife Art, it will be replaced only if it is returned to British Wildlife Art within 14 days of receipt, in which case we will refund the cost of returning the item.

Refunds will not be made for any sealed items that have been opened or damaged, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

If you wish to claim a refund you must do so in writing or e-mail, and the item must be returned to British Wildlife Art, within 14 days of receipt.
